At Hardtuned, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized postal carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
